so.  i definitely have my christmas spirit back, if you haven't noticed already.  also, my first semester of college is officially done and i have absolutely nothing to worry about over this wonderful holiday break.  so i decided to sum up my first semester with five pictures...okay so since it was too hard to decide on five, i had to include six.  :D

first up, AIChE.  which i pronounce "ay-kee" and my dad keeps reminding me it's A-I-C-H-E in the "professional world" hahah whatever.  so i definitely met HANNAH this semester through being a Chem E, also another member of ACACIA, andrew's frat, and had a lotta fun playing volleyball with these people.  hopefully we will be winning an IM champ shirt :P

next up, AACM/hoedown/slosh'ing.  all of that is combined into this next picture of justin lin posing with me at hoedown :P  making decorations with erica was fun, as well as meeting kelly and others ^_^  slosh has also been great, minus the being dropped by nathan attempting to this very pose.  so (kind of) yay for being dragged out on a sat nite in the middle of my physics lab.

next up, some of the coolest people i've met at UT.  these guys quickly became great friends of mine even though huy is already graduated when this picture was taken.  albert will be soon.  but me and christineeee will be at UT for a while.  congrats again to old man huy for graduation and for landing his perfect job in austin ^_^  youre going to be a rich old man soon!  also thanks to albert and christineeee well, for being yourselves :P i love yall!!!

of course, in the midst of it all has been my wonderful and caring boyfriend CHRIS.  thank you so much for helping me through my first semester in a strange, make that weird, town.  also for having a roomie who has a car :P  our scenic (although unintentional) drives of austin have been fun as well as mariokarting on that wimpy tv of yours.  i know i was busy this semester but i'm glad i got to see u so much more than i did last year.  yay for the 3hr gap closing to 5 minute walk!!!  this pic was taken right before going out with linda and gee, who i would also like to thank for a very nice and fun evening =D

almost done....of course, this semester just wouldn't be the same if i had not been a part of the FLYING PIGS.  i have already said a lot about them, so i won't repeat myself...much.  besides the fact that the great ben hsia was...well, a great coach and daddy pig...and jenny was a great defense coach too, that is...when seh was there.  which felt like never.  :P just kidding.  i love each and every one of my flying pigs for teaching me so much and for starting off my weekend with an elite saturday morning practice ^_^

last but definitely not least...one of who is partly responsible for my christmas spirit returning after being shattered as well as for staying SANE...my great and wonderful ROOMMATE, LiL KiM.  we've made it through one semester...and everything we've done has been great.  i love hanging out with you and just randomly chatting and laughing while procrastinating on calculus homework.  omega party, 2nd GB party, FOAMiness, homedawgcoming, slosh, JCL and J2'ing...singing to the same songs over and over (my boo, one two step, goodies, all i want for xmas)...haha...toooo many memories.  thanks for being supportive and for working out (med balls!!), we've got to visit gregory again when we get back.  i'm so glad you like your present ^_^, and for everyone else who doesn't know this is kim looking cute and happy in the hoodie i gave her:

0.  hey mixed doubles champ partner -- haha that was a great note to end our sr. year of tennis with.  i hope to see you here sometime VERY soon so you can come party with me!  it's been a wonderful 4 years...including that trip to corpus ;)

1.  my first words to you were "wow i didn't know you were so short".  yay for being the captain of a team that never really did anything.  old navy performance fleece is great isn't it -- plus orange is (now) a great color.  signed, the hot girl with the backpack.

2.  WHY DID YOU GO SO FREAKING FAR AWAY.  punk, i know it feels like we've drifted but WHEN you come visit again i know we'll always be able to pick up like old times.  our talks were always really long...good luck with everything, especially remembering a corsage.

3.  i think you've been my best guy buddy for as long as I can remember even though I don't see you around here much.  thanks for being absolutely hilarious (with your counterpart) AND for always being there, even those mornings when i wake up from nightmares.  we still have to win that IM champ shirt :D

4.  as for your counterpart, we've been through some great great times, and sat through some LONGGG banquets together.  but then you went and ran away to some obscure college.  but i hope youve found some fun out in the middle of no where, and no more running in closets after you ask a girl out.  ps, happy bithday, glad you are finally legal (on saturday).

**crap i have to leave in 10 mins and i only have 4 done.  sma your 40 must have taken u a couple HOURS!

5.  HEY NERD/PUSHER.  hope you also are having fun out in hicksville.  almost as hick as lufkin.  don't party/drink too much -- but remember we can't have another chat at pho hoang/goodies if you "views" never change.  study hard, enrique and harry can wait.

6.  speaking of which, other buddy of our trio whom we kidnapped first day of school out of tennis -- i will come watch you in the sr musical.  but i'm glad i met you...7 years ago??  and have been picking on you ever since :P  good thing you go that LEXUS,  you can take yourself home now!

7.  hey you big slouching thing :P it's been an interesting friendship from the day you became whipped, which also happend to be the day after you met me.  good to know you don't fall over on the DDR machine anymore but i'm glad youre always there for a laugh.  or a punch :P whichever you deserve.

8.  hey yellowy buddy, our friendship has been nothing but giggles since BARC, maybe a few tears but those always dry.  mysterious cell fones ringing can be scary but watching you try to pour ice is the best.  hope youre enjoying your senior year!

9.  hey hair tie stealer.  i bet you have a huge collection of other peoples right now, i wonder whos youre taking this year since i'm not there.  haha i KNOW you guys are having lotsa fun with 'down the middle solves the riddle' and cash 5. 

10.  hi best buddy!!!  thanks for taking care of me and for hot chocolate and movies and food channel fun :)  all the kacheeks and onas and carebears are very appreciative of you too.  museum of natural science GEMSTONE collection was pretty tooooo - i need some samples ;)

11.  yay for being a truly muddy flying pig.  i'm so glad i found someone whos not ashamed to cartwheel down football fields and scream and yell and punch guys and dance all the freaking time :)  picking on daddy pig together was the best.

12.  daddy pig is the GREATEST.  haha, it makes me laugh just to think how much you smile.  you and mommy pig were the best leaders, too bad you will be leaving this year.  thank you for being responsible for the team where so many of my best first semester of college memories came from.

13.  w00t for knowing each other since 1st grade.  so far so good this year -- we're gonna show everyone they're wrong.  we've got another 3.5 yrs to live it up (as much as engineers can).  glad we can share everything, classes, dresses, klutzy stories, a FREAKING COLD dorm room...except shoes.  :P

14.  our little clique in the corner of mrs miller's alg 2 class was exciting - but i can't compete anymore cuz us chem E's only have to go up to 408d.  don't get too wrapped up in EE, you shoulda been at homedawgcoming.  i have to see this bear that you replaced your baby one with sometime.

15.  We used to be a lot closer than we are now, courtesty of making goal cubes and notebook checks in glover.  thanks for always keeping my secrets, oh and making me laugh...when you were awake in class.

16.  i'm still sorry i got you that d-hall in band in 6th grade.  7 years later we've drifted but we have definitely moved on to bigger and better things in our own way.  i guess you won't be my psychologist anymore, but i have memories of us everywhere, specifically trapped in that snowglobe, that will stay with me for a lifetime.  good luck!!!

17.  you're elite, even though you are old.  and a spy.  for the other team.  hmms, maybe i should reconsider that first statement.  haha just kidding, you still have to take me shopping otherwise i might not see you this december 4th. :)

20. hey you dork - even though i've known OF you since like kindergarten, it's interesting to think that we became better friends because you were a SLOW hitchhiker to school.  haha.  palka has been interesting, but i guess you wouldn't know since you haven't been to class in a very very long time.  just let me know when you need your hair cut again :D

so there are many many nice people i left off because i hit 20 and i don't have the time or energy to keep going.  i started this friday at 3pm.  it is now sunday at 9pm.  good grief.  later.  so i lie, i will do one more.

21.  to my crazy buddy since 4th grade, and the best doubles partner one could ask for :P  glad we are finally away from 'shake it off'.  i played 105 the other day in tennis class too - haha no one was enthusaistic as me.  i hope everything is going well since youre only a few miles down the road from me you can always come visit.  see you at thanksgiving :) ps u can come get some freshly baked rolls :P
